Ingredients

- 2 sliced chicken breast
- ½ onion, chopped
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 butternut squash, peeled and sliced
- 1 can (450 g) chickpeas
- 1 carrot peeled and chopped
- 1 can (410 g) diced tomatoes, with juice
- 1 can (390 g) vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried coriander
- Pinch of hot red pepper
How to prepare moroccan chicken tagine?
1) Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat, add the chicken, onions and garlic and stir for 15 minutes until the onions are brown and the chicken is cooked.
